Tasks
What you will work on
Depending on your role and experience, your work may include:
Transfer pricing deliverables and compliance support
Benchmarking studies (India and global, including specialised benchmarking for royalties, services, and interest rates)
International tax advisory support for cross-border transactions and treaty-related matters
PE risk analysis and operating model risk reviews
India-specific FEMA/exchange control support for cross-border investments (where relevant)
Research and analysis of legal/regulatory developments and practical implications
Drafting submissions, correspondence, and client-ready deliverables
Coordinating with clients to understand facts, gather inputs, and support execution
Supporting proposals and business development activities where relevant
